On November 6, the AI Salon Rīga opening event took place at the Tet office – the first meeting of the global artificial intelligence community AI Salon in Latvia.
The Artificial Intelligence Association of Latvia (MILA) had the honor to participate in the event, where the Chairwoman of the Board Oksana Sivokobiļska shared her vision on the development of the Latvian AI ecosystem and the need to strengthen cooperation between the state, academic and business sectors.
The aim of the AI Salon is to bring together people who work with artificial intelligence on a daily basis - developers, entrepreneurs, researchers, investors and product specialists - to share their experiences, make new contacts and jointly strengthen AI expertise in Latvia.

The AI Salon Riga initiative is implemented in the local ecosystem by Līga Vinķele, Vita Zeidenberga and Anna Olovņa, bringing together AI enthusiasts and professionals who want to develop an open and collaborative community.
MILA congratulates the founders of AI Salon Rīga and supports the further development of this initiative – as a step towards a more active, smarter and collaborative Latvian AI environment.
