The forum also included a Pitch session for startups and technology companies, where solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, infrastructure analytics, sustainability, and automation were presented. Among the participants was MILA member ANIMAS, which presented its AI solution for supporting diabetes patients. The solution uses artificial intelligence for glucose data analysis, carbohydrate detection from food images, and support for insulin dose calculations, demonstrating how artificial intelligence can make a direct contribution to people's health and quality of life.

Thank you to the organizers, partners, moderators, experts, and participants of the Kurzeme Business Forum for giving MILA the opportunity to be a part of this important event that fosters dialogue about Latvia's digital future, innovation, and the development of artificial intelligence in regions.
